Employee Management
Adding Employees
1. Edit
Default Name and ID to match Employee’s name on the time card.
2. Enter Employee’s ID number in the ID assigned in Worklio and in Timeworks Plus (TWP).
3. Click the Green Check Mark
to save these entries.
Adding multiple Employees
1. Add the next Employee by selecting the Green Down Arrow
to access the Add Employee section.
2. Enter the next Employee in the Name field, then click the Green Check Mark
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to add more employees.
Deleting Employees
1. Click on the trashcan
next to the employee's name.

True-Up and Flat Sum Data Entry
Enter Pay Data
1. Enter the Start Date and End Date of the pay period.
2. Enter the pay date.
3. Gather all Worked and Non-Worked Hours for the period in which the bonus was earned. This can be found in TWP. (NOTE: All hours for the pay period must first be entered into TWP before gathering these hours to avoid missed hours in the calculator.)
4. Enter Worked Hours
Enter all hours, as applicable (Regular, Overtime, Double Time).
5. Enter Non-Worked Hours
Enter all hours, as applicable (Meal Penalty, Rest Penalty, CA Paid Sick Leave, Reporting Time Hours)
Enter Bonuses/Commissions
1. Enter the dollar amount of the Bonuses earned over the same period of time.
2. Flat Sum Bonus and/or
A Flat Sum Bonus is a predetermined bonus that does not vary in amount and is not tied to any specific performance or productivity goals.
Examples of a flat-sum bonus include paying an employee an extra $10 per day to incentivize the Employee to work on a Saturday, pay in lieu of benefits payments, or paying a $500 bonus to work through the end of the season.
2. Production Bonus / Commission
The Production Bonus / Commission refers to an additional payment or incentive provided to employees based on their performance or productivity.
Examples of a production bonus / commission include compensation for meeting or exceeding specific production targets, sales goals, or efficiency metrics.
